New England Area Regional Representatives (NEARR) is a professional organization for admission officers who live and recruit in New England for colleges and universities located outside of New England.
OUR MISSION
- Facilitate the promotion of post-secondary opportunities outside of New England;
- Assist high school counselors in educating high school students about post-secondary opportunities through programs and informal sessions;
- Provide professional development and support for our members;
- Provide guidance to new regional representatives;
- Serve as a resource to colleges and universities considering the creation of a regional representative position.
